Refund Policy
All monies due to students will be refunded within 30 days of the date of termination/withdrawal.
Tuition for courses that the college cancels or does not permit the student to continue will be refunded in full.
If a student received loans to cover the cost of tuition, a refund will be made to the lender to reduce the student loan debt. Any remaining funds will be applied to the finacial aid program from which the student received funding, if applicable. The balance will be refunded to the student.
Students who are failing, unable to attend classes or complete program requirements assume the risk of defaulting any refunds.
Students who submit a written request to withdraw after the 3rd day of enrollment shall receive refunds based on the following:
4-12 calendar days = 70% refund
13-24 calendar days = 50% refund
25-34 calendar days = 30% refund
After day 35 = 0% refund
No refund shall be granted to a student dismissed for disciplinary reasons
Conduct
Each student is held responsible for conforming to all rules, regultions, and policies of RFM Christian Bible College. Interference with the rights, safety, health, or learning environment of other studentsis a violation and is not permitted. Violations of conduct standards include, but are not limited to:
Theft
Disruptive behavior
Possession or use of firearms (except by designated law enforcement officials), explosives, or other dangerous substance
Vandalism or threats of actual damage to property or physical harm to others
Possession, sale, transfer, or use of illegal drugs
Appearance of being under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs
Reckless or intentional use of invasion software such as viruses and worms that are distructive to computer hardware or software
Downloading or accessing questionable websites which are in violation with school policies, i.e., sexually explicit sites, instructional bomb sites, gang related sites, etc.
RFM Christian Bible College reserves the right to suspend or dismiss any student at anytime of misconduct or when such action is deemed to be in the best interest of the student and/or student body.
